It does not authorize a burn and does not replace your burn plan, a spot forecast, observations on
site, your air district’s burn day authorization or your agency’s policies.
Forecasts and records can be wrong, and so can its results. Each result shows how often it has been
wrong at that unit.
You, the burn boss and your agency are solely responsible for every decision to plan, ignite, hold or
cancel a burn, and for its outcome.
It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Burn Window LLC is not liable for any loss, damage,
injury or cost arising from its use or from decisions made with it.

No party may reproduce, copy or rebrand Burn Window without the written consent of Burn Window LLC.
Burn Window LLC reserves the right to cancel any account or ban any user at its own discretion.

Use of Burn Window in no way makes Burn Window LLC responsible for any user’s actions, up to and
including the results of a controlled burn.
